Uticaj na ovo tr\u017ei\u0161te zavisi\u0107e od sektora a obim negativnih efekata zavisi\u0107e od du\u017eine trajanja obustave poslovanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turisti\u010dki sektor nekretnina bi\u0107e pogo\u0111en na dva na\u010dina: direktan uticaj zabrinutosti od zaraze potencijalnih korisnika usluga, indirektan uticaj pada vrednosti nekretnina zbog straha korisnika od gubitka posla ili smanjenih primanja. U na\u0161em gradu zadnjih je godina izuzetno dobro razvijen posao iznajmljivanja nekretnina\u00a0 tzv. \u201c stan na dan\u201d. Veoma je va\u017eno da mere koje se preduzimaju u borbi protiv pandemije budu takve da se ni u kom slu\u010daju ne obustavljaju radovi. Insistirati na primeni mera za\u0161tite, pove\u0107ati kori\u0161\u0107enje sredstava za dezinfekciju i maski i radovi se mogu nesmetano odvijati. U Sremskoj Mitrovici pre izbijanja krize sa virusom postojala je velika potra\u017enja za novoizgra\u0111enim stanovima i stanovima u izgradnji, delom i zbog stimulacije u vidu povrata PDV-a za one koji stambeno pitanje re\u0161avaju prvi put. \u0160to se ti\u010de sekundarnih stanova \u00a0ponuda nikada nije bila slabija pa su poneki stanovi kada su se pojavili na tr\u017ei\u0161tu na interesantnim lokacijama postizali astronomske cene za na\u0161e uslove. Za razliku od Novog Sada i Beograda koji se uvek uzimaju kao primer, kod nas nema novoizgra\u0111enih objekata sa slobodnim stanovima. Centralne banke zapadnih zemalja su reagovale i spustile referentne kamatne stope pa se ne o\u010dekuje rast kamata za vreme trajanja pandemije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de kupaca, o\u010dekuje se da \u0107e se oni koji imaju stabilnije&nbsp; poslove lak\u0161e odlu\u010divati za kupovinu o\u010dekuju\u0107i ni\u017ee cene. Korona virus \u0107e za neko vreme uzeti grupu kupaca koji rade ali se suo\u010davaju sa neizvesno\u0161\u0107u o tome kako \u0107e sve ovo uticati na njihova primanja i ho\u0107e li uop\u0161te zadr\u017eati posao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste prodavac, morate biti svesni \u010dinjenice da \u0107e\u00a0 tr\u017ei\u0161te zna\u010dajno usporiti pa treba razmotiti odlaganje prodaje. Naravno, usporavanje ne zna\u010di i pad cena pa \u0107e i dalje biti onih koji iz bilo kog razloga \u017eele prodati nekretninu bez obzira na situaciju.
